Terms and conditions of rental
- The prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (excluding tourist tax) for the duration of one week according to the periods "Low Season", "Medium Season", "High Season" and "Very High Season".
- A deposit of 30% must be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking, then 50% one month before entry and the balance on the day of arrival.
- A fee of 90 € is charged on arrival for final cleaning on the day of departure.
- A deposit cheque of 1200 € is required on arrival.
- The minimum rental period is one week unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are for 2 persons for the T2 and 4 persons for the T3 (5 persons for Santa Giulia). Possibility to add 1 or 2 persons at 50 € / pers / week.
- Extra bed (90x190) on request, charged at 49 € / day (sheets included).
- Prices include bed linen and towels (changed weekly), water, electricity, wifi, parking.
- Arrivals are on Saturday from 15:00 and departures the following Saturday before 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed (unless requested and agreed in advance).
- The flats are non-smoking (except for the terraces).
